OASIS Advisers was founded by Pedro "Pete" Hero, CFP®, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial planning industry.


Pete created the OASIS Process, which is rooted in The 7-Step CFP® Financial Planning Process. This approach helps simplify complex financial decisions into manageable steps.


As a CFP™  Practitioner with a Master's of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University, Pete is committed to providing custom solutions that are supported by evidence and the research  .


Through Mutual Advisors, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor with over $6.9 billion in assets, and Fidelity Institutional's trading platform, OASIS Advisers delivers advanced investment and financial planning strategies.


Pete celebrates 28 years of marriage to his spouse Laura this year and has two adult daughters and a son-in-law. Pete and his wife have served as CASA Advocates to give a voice to children who have been neglected and abused. As a man of faith, Pete is committed to a life of service to his family, friends, clients and community.
